Excellent hotel with great amenities like free airport shuttle, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with printing. Highly recommend checking it out. I'm definitely coming back for another trip!

The location for Lapu-Lapu City was ideal, just next door to the big outlet mall, the Outlets for shoes products, and supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping outlets. Spent a nice evening at Japengo, located next door to the venue. We stayed in a good value for money and well-equipped room that had a flat screen cable TV, air conditioning and a hair dryer.

How quaint that I was placed in a room that apparently could barely fit a normal-sized American. The wifi didn't work at all, and just a hint of a sewer smell lingered in the air. I almost left a good review but just couldn't, especially since I expected a room upgrade for such a lackluster experience, but I guess that's too much to ask.

The room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel offered a savoury breakfast with all the food are placed and warm meals, for instance. Location: the property was not far from the Outlets for shoes products, an Outlet Store that offers dinisng and shopping experience, and a shopping centre.

Room noise from the main road can be overwhelming!!! Insufficient lighting in rooms makes navigating difficult!!! Consider upgrading Wi-Fi and maintaining pool temperature for a more enjoyable stay!!!

Eloisa royal suites is super convenient, being just 15 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle every two hours. I loved the lovely mosaic-tiled outdoor swimming pool, especially at night. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.
